Sitemap Review

• Listing is collections based. (when new collections are created, they will need to be added to sitemap.xml to be listed)
• Creates the most complete sitemap listing possible.
• Includes subnav linkage (for important internal page links such as APL, RPL and others).
• Also includes pages

Known Issue: a few fpki announcements subnavs which are disabled or archived by removing their permalink or collection may not display in the listing totally correct (only missing a slash after the domain).

Note: I attempted to fix this issue by removing the archived announcements older than 3 years, but were added back since we archive them by leaving them within the site, removing their collection and permalink info to remove linkage. see: #653
