I was originally going to do this for mods using NHlib configs, but figured it would be nice for other mods to have too. Also enables categorized mode for the hodgepodge config, because it was borderline unusable before.
All of the
@Config.RequiresMcRestartannotations have been moved onto the class, because the end result is the same no matter how many options have it.Just a simple search bar
