Minecraft 3D Default 1.13_Optifine v0.8.1 Beta

Add models of beacon, bookshelf, cake, all kinds of ores, glass (including panes) , hay block, kelp block.
Jukebox will have a disc in its model while playing music.
Correct the color of command block's Optifine self-illuminating textures.
Optimize iron bar model.
