~help: Displays the help text.
~givecookie [user]: Gives that person a random type of cookie.
~rate [thing]: Rates the given thing on a scale of 1-5.
~rate [thing] [scale]: Rates the given thing from 1 to whatever number you gave it.
~explode [thing]: Causes the given thing to explode.
~n3quote: Posts a random NerdCubed quote.
~sing [song]: Posts the chirb.it link to the "Poorly Singing With Geforce" episode of that song.
