Bug fixes for Jet (ufs-community#981)

A few scripts had the incorrect path for the 'fixed' files. The 'fixed' file directories were recently moved for the /lfs4 to /lfs5 transition. Also replaced the hardwired definitions of COPYGB, COPYGB2 and CNVGRIB in the ice_blend regression test script by loading the grib-util module. Fixes ufs-community#977.
