• Check that all files for a dataset exist in the S3 inventory, to fix up
  incomplete uploads.
• Add a --version CLI flag
• Load and save a complete S3 inventory to a .dawg file, which is an efficient
  tree structure for saving the present keys.

MPI Improvements

• Don't run out of memory by reading the entire task list (in MPI mode)
• Don't crash by trying to read from a closed file handle in MPI mode

AFAIK, this works, lets start tagging releases to keep better track of where we are at.

It:

• Compares an ODC product with objects available in AWS S3
• Saves a list of Datasets that should be converted.
• Converts them to COG in parallel, with sidecar ODC metadata
