How to recreate bug

1. Uncomment lines 48 and 68 in app.js
2. Comment out lines 47 and 67
3. Serve root with a simple http server
4. Open chrome, set your viewport height to 1015px, and surf to index.html
5. After a couple of seconds, you'll see the tab freeze, including dev tools freeze
