Challenge Description

Our team, CodeCoders, tackled the 'CV2Role' challenge whereby we had to develop an AI algorithm that can sift through a multitude of CVs and match them to roles within specific sectors based on skills. The challenge incorporates NLP(Natural Language Processing), contextual understanding, and a multi-criteria decision-making. A CV may be suitable for multiple roles and vice versa.
