What

Updates to 2.8.X.

  1. Updates to new fluid system
  2. Limits energy hatches to 1 for the multiblock Assembler and Circuit Assembler
  3. Updates some multiblock GUIs
  4. Updates molten fluid freezer recipes to use the new duration and EUt overrides
