another card format completed

I wanted to add card format from the books (monsters and recently from the alliance books)

I've shoved in in as Alt -format, using that term to mostly replicate drawing functionality to match the arbitrary x and y positions needed for the new format.
A new radio button can select the 'small format' under backgrounds, and it shows it instead.

Other changes:
Near and Far background images, that sandwich the model photo uploaded. using quick and dirty callback on the onload we draw most of the objects over-top of the model. I've also created near and far images for 2 other backgrounds.

For the small format, this allows the model to appear inside the small photo window.

Fighter name and display. You can input the Fighter's name under characteristics and it will display on the small format appropriately for up to 3 lines of name, adjusted in each case.

• The text kerning functionality is borrowed from Davidhong on JSfiddle (in assets/js/addKerning.js)
• A new font was added (not the one GW uses, but close) as SinaNovaRegular

I haven't done much with the loading/saving but I believe the additional name characteristics can be worked in there easily with a few lines of code.
