setuptoolsv72.0.0 removed thesetuptools.command.testmodule causing the CI to fail. The release v72.0.0 was later yanked and a new release v72.1.0 reinstated the deprecatedsetuptools.command.testmodule. However, running tests withpython setup.py testis deprecated and thesetuptools.command.testmodule may be removed in a future release ofsetuptools, so this PR removes it from thesetup.pyfile of thehepdata-validatorpackage.
