풀이 방법
삭제를 위해서 splice을 이용하였습니다. 수정을 위해 state을 이용하여 값을 변경하였습니다.
어려웠던 점
수정버튼을 만드는 과정이 힘들었습니다. input을 받거나 그 값이 전달되는 부분이 구현하기 힘들었습니다.
