add japanese localization (credit: tonishi）

I made a new branch for adding Japanese localization, please just take the files instead of merging them.
Couldn't find the lang folder in the main branch so I made this mess, sorry if I did something wrong.

Some additional translations are required, before they can be included in the next version.
