The following cmdlets were implemented in the AppControl Manager https://github.com/HotCakeX/Harden-Windows-Security/wiki/AppControl-Manager
Their improved versions exist in the AppControl Manager directory
Removed the rest of the unused code

Everything removed in this PR is implemented in AppControl Manager.
All the C# code from WDACConfig module was also removed since their improved versions already exist in AppControl Manager's directory.
