@ibacher our tests are mostly geared at generating the HIV IG content. I suggest we ignore the errors for now until the tooling matures and merge this in. |

Yeah, the tests I fixed had the primary goal of being able to generate the resources I needed for the test cases. 😁 |

This just adds some tooling to this package: Poetry for dependency management, publishing, etc. and Pyright for type-detection / IDE integration.
