The Hugging Face TGIS repo has a friendly example of how to make inference requests here https://github.com/huggingface/text-generation-inference/tree/main#get-started and I found it not trivial to find out how to do the same with GRPC. I added an example to make it easier for others to get started with this.
I'm new to GRPC - if there are better ways to do this, I'm happy to learn.
