This is a repository with scripts to perform the main analysis in the study on mental rotation using 7T (Iamshchinina et al.,2021). It contains four scripts where main_7T_IM.m script starts the rest. All the scripts contain short clarification of their main functionality. The data can be found: osf.io/3x9fk

The following toolboxes are necessary:

1. spm12 or higher (https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/download/),
2. libsvm (https://github.com/cjlin1/libsvm),
3. effect size estimation (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/62957-computecohen_d-x1-x2-varargin).
