The new variables that are in the Opal data from the datahub need to be included into the pre-set data.

The column names are included in there from #102 , but the actual values and dataset needs to be created by @yuezhu71 and included on the server when it is set up

This can wait until after the final host machine set up is done #98

The current data being used - should be unpacked into the ./data/opal/ directory
