Allow to override images used in tests with images served from a private repository either by setting environment variable, or by adding variables to local .env file.
Allow to run Orca container from behind corporate proxy by passing HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environment variables. This prevents script from indefinitely hanging with "[INFO] Starting plotly-orca pod knb-plotly-orca-xxx" message.
