This resolves an issue I had (see slack) about ISLE not generating derivatives in Canteloupe. It adds a few variables to sample.env and to docker-compose.cantaloupe.yml.
Also I have a reverse proxy that doesn't set X-Forwarded-For so I had to set that. In my .env it's ${SITE} but the software defaults to blank.
