Extension is down

This extension uses the existing website's Google Map API. That's why there is no Maps API import here. And why it as been banned from addons.mozilla.org, haha.

With the massive volume of traffic due to the Covid-19 vaccination campaigns in France they (Doctolib) probably disabled the map previously displayed on the website to avoid high costs. That's why the extension doesn't work anymore.

Possible fix:

It can be fixed easily with a Maps API token. At the moment I didn't check if the free credits given by Google can cover the trafic and how I can cut the service if the costs are too high.

I want to explore some alternatives too, like parse the public google search page. Cross-Origin Request will blocks this.
