2016 pass4kf

Release used to run 100% of 2016 data with KF tracking.

This is the release actually used for pass0 of the 2019 and 2021 data.
Upon the first try, it was realized hpstr had a serious memory leak.
This release fixes that. This will require people to remake any local ntuples
and also beware that this versions AnaProcessors will not work with old ntuples.
