三个模型都已经适配JDet，可以运行。但是 convexiou 貌似存在 bug，导致 MaxConvexIoUAssigner 出来的正样本数量差别极大。MMRotate 只有个位数，十位数，但是jdet里面有5位数。
该算子 bug 貌似和运行环境有关， @514flowey 在帮忙检查。
