Add "quality-of-life" enhancement to backend development.

HTTP request methods are constrained toGET

,PUT
,PATCH
, andDELETE
. These methods align with Next.js route handlers specifications. Typescript can now provide us type hintsAdd a enum for common status code that I anticipated would be useful for our development. The idea is that it's easier to understand the intent of the status code from the enums, instead of trying to remember what all the numbers represent.
Possible Downsides
The type-hint for HTTP request methods doesn't raise a compilation error with typo - i.e someone can still type a bogus HTTP method.
