Meta model transformer

The meta-model transformer, which would be executing a set of graph rewriting rules, will transform the current domain-specific meta-model into the one adapted for Kappa, and with the help of ReGraph the changes will be propagated up to the action graph and the collection of nuggets. More conceptual work to adapt these meta-models still has to be done.
