Support for PhyloP30 and Phastcons30

Firstly, thanks for making this awesome tool!

I'm actively using OpenCRAVAT in my projects for more than a year now. When building an ML model, I was using PhyloP30 and Phastcons30 as features but seems like the current version of modules don't support this. I appreciate adding new datasets like Phastcons470 but can you also bring back previous modules/data?
