RefSeq mapper

Hi,

I would like to use directly RefSeq to map variants. Is there any script to generate the required sqlite file starting from the gtf file downloaded from RefSeq repository?

We're working on adding refseq support to mapper. It's next in the queue after updating our Ensembl transcripts to the latest version.
