Add test of gl_VertexID and gl_InstanceID.

Findings: * Some MacOS (Intel?) has `first` affect `gl_InstanceID` in `DrawArrays`. Firefox bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1779800
