Stamp estimation and transaction results

The stamp_estimation_script is a microservice wrapper around the Lamden contracting package.

Features

1. Creates a websocket that can execute transactions against the Lamden Blockservice current state.
2. Provides a complete result of the transaction, just like would exists in a Block
3. Provides all the state changes associated with the transaction
4. Provides the stamps used
5. Provides the Result of the TX, Assertion Errors or otherwise
