Firmware feature list

The host software can ask lw.comm-server for a list of firmware supported features by sending getFeatureList().
The response is a WebSocket Event featureList with a list of features (as JSON Object).
These are the available features:
pause - true|false
resume - true|false
stop - true|false
reset - true|false
home - true|false
disableMotors - true|false
feedOverride - true|false
spindleOverride - true|false
dynamicPwmM4 - true|false
xAxis - true|false
yAxis - true|false
zAxis - true|false
aAxis - true|false
