Bump ffmpeg with changes from LizardByte/build-deps

AMF in Linux dont have support still? I am trying in archlinux using the vk_pro sunshine, but it dont get AMF encoder. My /usr/bin/ffmpeg have AMF working perfectly.

What should i do? only VAAPI?
