IntervalPositionInfo column ordering on fetch1_dataframe

Description

• Fixes Problems in populated results of TrodesPosV1 in tutorial notebook 20_Position_Trodes.ipynb #671 : Reordered col labels to reflect later assumptions about col order (x1,y1,x2,y2)
  • common/common_position.py: Column name check for backward compatibility is now no more explicit about checks
• For ease of use, portions of this calculate_pos_info are now private methods, which required minor edits to position_trodes_position.py
