Writing Cifar10 dataset to image files as '.tif' or '.jpg'
The CIFAR-10 dataset consists of 60,000 32x32 colour images in 10 classes, with 6000 images per class.
There are 50,000 training images and 10,000 test images.
tif or png images of CIFAR-10 will be saved in 10 subdirectories of each label under the test and train directories.
