When adding or deleting a breakpoint for a Color Plot covariate by pressing the the + or x buttons respectively, the UI changes the value of the Bar Type from Color Bar to Bar Plot, but doesn't change the rest of the controls.
If the Apply button is then checked without switching the Bar Type back to Color Plot first then the covariate appears as an empty white bar instead of the expected colors. The breakpoints and color information that was set is still associated with the covariate and if you switch the Bar Type back to Color Plot the information will be there. If the Apply button is then clicked, the correct colors will be applied.
