Tour does not take into account moving a summary map into a new panel.

If you switch the summary panel to a different panel, the tour button on the former Summary panel still identifies it as a Summary Panel.

To reproduce:
Open a map.
Switch the detail panel to be a summary panel. This will cause the former Summary Panel to become an empty panel.
Press the tour button in the empty panel.

The tour will identify it as a Summary Panel and will continue to do so until a new panel type is assigned there.
