FIXED func mask overestimates, REMOVED filtering for multi-echo

• FIXED mask overestimates w/ tight mask on echo 1 by mri_synthstrip
• after testing high pass filtering not significantly improving scans
• filtering not necessary after tedana (Kundu et al., 2017 NeuroImage)

I cannot comment on the scientific content of this PR, but as for the changes themselves, this PR add three junk MACOS-specific resource forks (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_fork). These are recognizable because their basenames all start with period-underscore (._) . These files should NOT be added to the project.
