pre-release v0.2 - BigWigs for Nostalrius Adjusted for MC/BWL/ONY/ZG

Since the last pre-release I've fixed a few minor bugs in the core, updated ZG with the first test results and applied an untested fix for the new addcounter algorithm which previously didn't display at all.

Also Razorgore received some untested improvements.

It's highly recommended to update from r18337 to this because one core bug in the last version could cause bossmods to disable itself midfight.(not just for himself but for others too)

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION ANYMORE - TAKE A NEWER RELEASE
This version has a bug in the Bosskill Sync which causes the bossmod of all raidmembers to restart on: Onyxia / Hakkar / Ragnaros MIDFIGHT

Please read the README.md files in the /Raids/ directories to check which things were modified and what exactly was done.

There were also a few major core changes, amongst other things the Syncs on Engage/Disengage.

MC & BWL are about 98% done
ZG isn't that far - I'd guess about 60%

but this is the first pre-release which is especially important to get the new counting algorithm going and to test everything regarding the Syncs for now.
