Extensions for Mediawiki which are mainly intended for use the the Wikivoyage travel site.

Goals

• to allow Wikivoyage editors - no matter how experienced - to edit the main page and all of its features
• to support a Wikivoyage main page which is attractive and featureful and presents us in a similar light to other popular travel sites
• to support the user feedback for attractions, and places to stay, eat, and drink which are either included in listings or not
• to give editors the final decision on what to include from user feedback in listings

• Use resource loader to load CSS only when required
• Finish banner layout implementation
• Implement HTML/CSS for carousel
• Implement geo-navigation banner
