Adjusting for a minimum of node >= 18 and hapi >= 20 as it doesn't make sense to still support older versions.
promiseLibrarywas removed by the mongodb driver, other changes might be required, as we're jumping from 4 to 6, https://github.com/mongodb/node-mongodb-native/blob/main/etc/notes/CHANGES_5.0.0.md and https://github.com/mongodb/node-mongodb-native/blob/main/etc/notes/CHANGES_6.0.0.md are probably mandatory reads.
