Overview

This PR:

  • updates the staging db URL
  • updates my expired GPG key

Checklist

  • PR has a descriptive enough title to be useful in changelogs

Testing Instructions

  • Update my key with gpg --search-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com [email protected]
  • Verify that you can decrypt with blackbox_postdeploy
  • Verify that configs/staging/.env has the updated staging database URL (should contain the word cluster)
