SD Card structure

Disk data mapping is a bit different from reference Intel/Altera structure:

1. Linux device tree and compressed kernel files located in /boot folder inside Linux Ext4 volume
2. Initial FPGA bitstream (menu.rbf) located on ExFAT partition

Those relocations supported in U-Boot configuration.
