  1. Update on the large user migration guide of Google/Dropbox/Box scenarios
  2. Delete and redirect a vacant article

FTC partner report the link is vacant: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointmigration/mm-tasklimits

Since it's no longer a necessary part of Migration Manager, instead of deleting it, I redirected to the overview page.
