v2.4.0: Migrate to Vite builder

/!\ Potential breaking changes in the import of the module.

As vuecli is deprecated, this version uses Vite to build the library. This is the first step into Vue3 migration.

TS types are also included in this release.

Some additional fixes are coming along.
