Regular meetings with your employees are much important part of every relationship one needs to develop. This helps in enabling trust, but also in resolving conflicts in a team. When we did not do regular sync-s with our employees in a team, often we will not recognize what is actually happening with our people or in team dynamics. In addition, this kind of meeting gives you an opportunity to develop better relations with your people in a team.

- Be ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป-๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ: be open to reverse feedback. Knowing what your team thinks of your management style is helpful.
