Our new-build-tooling PR (#1) failed to consider projects that will use
poetryto build and install this library. As a result, those builds are failing now. This PR addsbuild-backendinformation to pyproject.toml which should assist projects usingpoetryor other package tooling (aside fromuv) to install this project.Note: the version
v1.12.6a3was been deleted from Pypi.org after publication!
