Purpose

  • Release PyPi Trusted Publishing workflow in the Python Starter Kit

Proposed Changes

  • UPDATE build/release GitHub Action with changes that support OpenID Connect Trusted Publishing
  • CHANGELOG updates to reflect recent releases (NOTE: This should be replaced with appropriate implementing project information.)
