As a developer I want an environment that is mostly automated when it comes to setting up development environment, making releases and producing deployment artifacts.

These goals can be reached by utilizing:

• Docker, containers and compose to describe the setup
• Github actions to create container artifacts ready for serve.scilifelab.se
• Generating releases with version tags and changelogs
