If I add two issues after each other, the second ends up having the same activity as the first, regardless of what I choose under Select activity.
Steps to reproduce
In my case
Adding Issue #7000 National drop-ins + activity Consultations works fine, but when adding the following
Issue #6996 Wellness + activity Absence (which is the only one that can be chosen BTW) end sup getting activity Consultations in my week table
If I update the page between performing 1 and 2 the problem does not occur.
Environment
official urdr.nbis.se run using Safari on MacOSX 13.5.2.
Expected behavior
Selected activity should be the one shown in the row, regardless of the activity in a previous added row.
