Minor update

  • Two additional columns are added to stockAssessmentSummary (Stock ID, Assessment ID)
  • Three additional columns are added to stockAssessmentData (Stockid, Assessmentid, AssessmentType).
  • UpdateType field removed from both stockAssessmentSummary and stockAssessmentData replaced with AssessmentType. This field is a combination of the old UpdateType and the new AssessmentType which describes the level of assessment effort
  • get_latest_metrics.r now filters by AssessmentType which replaces UpdateType
  • RegionalEcosystem field included in output from get_latest_metrics.r.
