Fix to flux gradient operation priority for 32-bit float computation.

Should still validate the 64-bit translate dataset but could also trickle to failing DynCore - in which case this will have to wait for the new f32 dataset

The parens aren't in GFDL's version of FV3 but it shouldn't make a physically-motivated difference so I'm 👍
